I would like to thank you for taking the time to sit down and enjoy our website. Whether you are looking at breeding to our Reserve World Champion and Superior Halter Stallion, Perpetual Tradition, or browsing the Crazy Critter page and have a laugh at our pigs, we just hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We have a few show ready quarter horses for sale in Kelowna, British Columbia.
At Go West Quarter Horses we are striving to provide the very best for our horses and the best service for the people who choose to breed to Perpetual Tradition, our quarter horse stallion standing here in the Okanagan. Our goals are to produce top halter horses and all-around show prospects. Quality, not quantity is what we strive for. With that in mind, it is my belief that you are only as good as the people you have around you and I have that in spades.
I am very excited for 2010! We have great plans for Go West Quarter Horses and continue to look for new ways to improve our quarter horses and ourselves. Providing high calibre stallion service and horses for sale close to home is our goal. That is why we are proud to stand a World Class Halter stallion in British Columbia for your consideration.

UPDATE - OK BREEDERS GROUP in Armstrong, B.C.
April 10th & 11th, 2010 - What a GREAT TIME!

It came as quickly as it went. The OK Breeders Group Stallion Showcase was held for the second year in Armstrong, British Columbia. There was a lot to see and the clinic over two days with Doug Mills was very educational for all. I sat in on a demo of thawing frozen semen with DR. Susi Ciecciala of Deep Creek Vet Services; I have really enjoyed learning new things!
This event was a great opportunity to take out our yearling show prospects, to show them that the big bad world won’t eat them.
After a few strolls of the grounds they settled in well. We talked to a lot of nice people and showed them what Go West Quarters Horses had to offer.

I truly believe it is important for myself and other people in the breeding industry to come out to events to meet the local people, whether they choose to use your services or not. As well I got a chance to meet the other stallion owners of different breeds and learned a lot of new things in other aspects of our industry.
We are now gearing ourselves up to go to the LMQHA show in Langley, B.C. at the Thunderbird Equestrian Centre.
Taylor and Jordan are having fun with being involved with their 4H group. They are selling their raffle tickets to friends and family for the fundraiser and looking forward with their first lesson with Carl Woods of Peachland BC.
Saturday, April 24, my three girls and myself are heading back down to Armstrong BC to help volunteer for the FUZZY HORSE SHOW that is put on by SCQHA. Sounds like it will be a great success!
